Return Policy
Although we hope you love everything you purchase from Sophie Jo's, we totally get it — sometimes you order something, and it just doesn't work out. No hard feelings, we’re here to make it as easy as possible to return your items.
TO START YOUR RETURN:
- Please email us at info@shopsophiejos.com
- Include your FULL name and order number
- Package your item neatly, insuring tags are still attached and no stains/odors/defects are detected.
- Ship back
No Refunds. We don’t offer refunds. Item(s) purchased at Sophie Jo's are only eligible for store credit.
No exchanges. We do not offer exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please process your return and check out with a new order.
14 Days Return Window You’ve got 14 days from the date of delivery to decide if that new item is truly “the one.” If you’re not feeling it, just send it back, and we’ll get your store credit sorted out. After 14 days, the item(s) become ineligible for return.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned (sorry, no exceptions).
- Sale items or items located in the "Sale" tab are ineligible for returns. (sorry, no exceptions).
- Items are thoroughly inspected for damages before being sent to customers. We will not accept any returned item with foul smells, perfume, cigarette smell, animal hair, makeup stains, deodorant marks, etc.
- For hygiene purposes, bodysuits, swimwear, athletic wear (leggings, shorts, tanks, bras, etc), etc. will not be accepted.
- Any item discounted at 25% or more
- TAGS MUST BE ON ITEM TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Keep in mind: store credit is valid for one year, so don’t wait too long to use it.
