Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@shopsophiejos.com so we can file a claim on your behalf. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be found, we will either reship your items (if available) or issue a refund for your order. Please note, USPS must show the package is in transit for at least 15 days before we can initiate a claim.

Important: We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. In such cases, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

We also cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by USPS or UPS. If your package doesn’t arrive on time, please reach out to them directly. Shipping charges are non-refundable if the carrier fails to meet their guaranteed delivery times. We are not responsible for the carriers delays.

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Please note that shipping carriers do not pick up on Saturday or Sunday.

All orders are processed Monday-Friday. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing.

Orders placed on Fridays with the Next Day Air shipping option may not be delivered on the weekend pending the carrier delivery times. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central M-TH with the Next Day Air shipping option may not ship until the next day.

Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you’ve placed multiple orders on the same day, email us at info@shopsophiejos.com to request combining them. We’ll gladly refund one of the shipping costs, provided the first order hasn't been processed or shipped yet.

Important Shipping Reminder:
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order! If your order has already been shipped and the address is incorrect, a second shipping fee of $9 (standard shipping) will apply to resend the item to the correct address after it's returned to us.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping, and the rate will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we’re not responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may apply in your country.
